Judy Ullman Paula LeMasters ([email protected]) "My William H Zeliff was b 1877 in Texas to Franklin Pierce Zeliff and Permelia Ann Rutledge. Franklin's parents were David P Zeliff and Deliza Ballou. David P Zeliff was b 1809 in Essex County, New Jersey. He married Deliza Ballou 1836 in Cattaraugus County, New York. I later found David and Deliza Zeliff in Indiana in 1850. They moved sometime after that to Texas. I would be glad to share all that I have. David and Deliza is the furthest I have.
