Just a comment on Trenton turn around time. Sent 4 request in August! No acknowledgement, no cashed checks. Called last week and they have them in their system and said I could expect probably another 3 weeks before i get a response. Another that I sent at the same time came last week! I asked the woman on the phone what the hang up was and she couldn't give me an answer. Good thing that genealogist have a lot of patience! We do don't we?
