In 1795 Lawrence MISENER of Mendham, Morris Co., NJ died. He was married to Sarah, d/o Major (RS) Daniel and Rebecca (Owen) COOK, and they had two minor sons. It appears that Lawrence and Sarah were married before July 1791 when Lawrence signed his will as she is listed as wife and sole heir. I have not found any data on the MISENER family. Would there be a Mendham City Directory for the time frame 1790-1795? If so, would someone kindly look to see if any MISENER or the like is listed?
