Hello; My name is Rollin from Michigan and would like any information on Labolt Shauger. He is my g grandfather and was born in Morris County NJ in 1820.He was in the civil war from Michigan and died in Midland Michigan in 1906.Labolt married Martha Whitman in 1859.I don,t have any other information on his family. Rollin, This info I'm suggesting is just a theory at this time, but keep it on the back burner. I am interested in the ZINDLE family in Morris County. I have a note on MARY ZINDLE (1808?-1885?) that married GEORGE B SHAUGER (b.1800-1820 - d.before 1880) MARY ZINDLE was either a daughter or Grand-daughter of LEOPOLD ZINDLE. I have seen LEOPOLD ZINDLE's name with a spelling of LAPOLT ZINDLE in some early records. This makes me wonder if George B and Mary Zindle Shauger are perhaps the parents of LAPOLT SHAUGER that's all I have on the name SHAUGER.
