Hi, In response to the Burnet inquiry; Did you ever come across a possible Moses Burnet involved in a counterfeit money ring for the British c. 1779 with a Benjamin Bonnell/Bunnell in or around Morris Co., NJ? I would be interested. Thanks, Paul ----- Original Message ----- From: "L. Paul, If you have a copy of it, I believe this counterfeiting ring is mentioned in the Munsell's History of Morris County. If it's not this one, then there was more than one.......... Are you from Amesbury MA? If so, I've got the Lt Jonathan FARREN family of AmesburyMA and Newtown NH pretty well covered in the early/mid 1700s. If you know anyone there who is researching that line, let me know. Ed Burnet responds:- If you've any thought that Azariah's wife may be Rebecca Lamson, as published in "The Descendants of Jasper Crane," I refer you to an article in: Genealogical Magazine of New Jersey May 1988, Vol. 63, No. 2, pages 89 & 90 "Rebecca, The Wife of Azariah Crane II" by William Y. Pryor Mr. Pryor presents cogent evidence to support his conclusion that "...Rebecca was actually Rebecca Prince as indicated in 'Families of Early Milford, Connecticut.'" Ed Burnet
