Caleb Leonard married Jemima Minthorn in 1748, Morris County, NJ. So far I have had no luck in finding any land records in Morris County. Caleb Leonard removed to Western PA about 1763-1770. Does anyone have information regarding the formation of Morris County, ca. 1740? I have read the Morris County Morgages on microfilm. Would other townships have early land records?
