I am seeking information on the Smith family that lived in Morris Co. in the 1700s-1800s period. Mary Smith 1761-1815 was my 4G grandmother. She married Henry Clark in 1781 and may have been the daughter of Jesse Smith. This Smith family may be connected to the vast and complex Smith family of early Essex Co.
