Kelly, Arthur C. 1997, Protestant Reformed Church, Acquackenock, 929.3749 P28 V: Item 26, 26 Jul 1735, Pieter Mouritzen m Mareytie Spier After looking at genealogies on World Family Tree on the marriage of Peter Mowerson and Mareytie Spier I decided to check the Acq records and found they were not married in 1753 but 1735. There is still a problem with date of birth on both of them. Most list date of birth about 1720. This is to early. They would have been 15. Does anyone have any sources that give date of birth for Peter or Maritje? The Early Spier Family by Janet T. Reimer, NJGM, Jan 1980, Vol 55, number 1 lists 48. Maritje, m. Pieter Mauritzen: marriage banns on 26 Jul 1735 at Acquankanonk; children: 1. Jacob, bp 27 Apr 1742 at Gansegat (Ac); 2. Gerretje, b 25 Jun 1749, (SRCR). The next child listed is 49. Helena Spier. She married Hendrik Mandeviel. He was bp 25 Dec 1727. None of children of Frans Spier and Dierckje Cornelise m 17 May 1705 have bp records. Frans names the 8 children in his will. Judy Ullman
