Hi List Members, Well OUCH - can't we all just learn to get along? I sent the "Subject Line" message to the mailing lists simply because I did not know the list owner of the Middlesex County list and over the years I've deleted the e-mail address for the owner of the Morris County list. I was not trying to start a debate. I was simply trying to let these "volunteers" know that the Subject line information had changed and there could possibly be a software problem since other mailing lists I subscribe to still hand the State/County prefix. I'm a dinosaur Information Systems manager of 30 years (gasp!) and I tend to notice these things. Please keep in mind that all the list owners on RootsWeb are volunteers. They take time from their own research to help the rest of us find our family history. RootsWeb, as a whole, also does a fantastic job for us. A recent server problem on their "Freepages" site resulted in a mixture of paid employees and volunteers spending their New Year's weekend recovering the information. The list managers are once again volunteers and our objective feedback to them is important. John Cresseveur - KY
