I know something aboout most of the people mentioned and will share it with anyone who is interested and would also apprecite hearing anything someone may be able to tell me- about the people, or the nature of the transfer- (I'm new at deeds) Surnames mentioned are Parker, Miller, Hudnut, Herbert, Connolly... Peter Parker & als. To Hannah P Miller This Indenture made this fourteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight-hundred and seventy six, between Peter Parker, Joseph B. Parker, and Mary A. his wife, Hance Herbert Parker, and Louise T. his wife, Maria L Hudnut and Alexander Hudnut her husband, Catharine A Connoly and James P Connolly her husband, Lydia F. Parker, Rebecca H. Parker, and Richard A. Hudnut; the said Peter Parker being the husband of the late Rebecca Parker, who died intestate March 15, 1876; the said Joseph B. Parker, Hance Herbert Parker, Maria L. Hudnut, Catharine A Connolly, Lydia F. Parker and Rebecca H. Parker, all of full age are children of Rebecca Parker, deceased, and with Hannah P. Miller, widow, hereinafter named, the said Richard A. Hudnut, of full age, Edward Hudnut, and Willie Hudnut, who are minors, which three last named are children of Margaret Hudnut, deceased, who was a daughter of Rebecca Parker, deceased and the first wife of Alexander Hudnut are the only legatees of the trust fund invested under the will of Hance Herbert, deceased, and also the only heirs at law of Rebecca Parker, deceased, parties of the first part, and Hannah P. Miller of the Township of Manalapan, in the County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the following sums of money, to wit; to the said Peter Parker, one dollar; to the said Joseph B. Parker and his wife, two hundred and fifty dollars; Hance Herbert Parker and wife, two hundred and fifty dollars; Maria L. Hudnut and Alexander Hudnut her husband, two hundred and fifty dollars; Catharine A. Connolly and her husband, two hundred and fifty dollars; Lydia A Parker and Rebecca H. Parker, two hundred and fifty dollars each; Richard A Hudnut, eighty three dollars and thirty three cents; making in all for the said children and Grandchildren of the said Rebecca Parker, deceased, the sum of Fifteen hundred and eighty three dollars and thirty three cents, lawful money of the United States of America, to them, the party of the first part, in hand paid by the party of the second part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released, enfeoffed?, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, enfeoff and confirm to the said party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns forever, all the undivided twenty two twenty fourths part of (being all the right title and interest of the party of the first part in and to) that farm known as the Blacks Mills Farm...
