Hi All, I have received a copy of a copy etc. of my GG Grandfather's naturalization papers, filed in the Monmouth County Court of Common Pleas. Dated Sept 19,1847, and Dec. 1,1849, but the papers I have show no port of entry, so I believe the 1st papers aren't included. Does this court still exist under this name. I want to file for a copy of the Original Documents, but I'm not sure where to send a request to. A second question, is there a direct way to get to the Immigration papers, from the naturalization papers. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Emerson [email protected]
