Thank you for all your suggestions. I did forget the name, didn't I? Duh. Isaac Harvey Wamsley married Leah Stout Taylor July 2, 1770, in Middletown, Monmouth, NJ. They had a daughter, Leah, born 1771, but died shortly therafter. The information I have says that the baby was buried beside the church, but didn't specify which one. They were Methodists so one might assume it was the Methodist Church. They lived there until 1798. They went on to have four sons who all grew up in Middletown. Two of the sons were married before the family left for northern Kentucky in 1798. I have lots of information on the sons and their families. What I don't have is where the daughter is buried or any record of her birth or death. Can anyone assist me in my efforts? I live on the west coast so a physical search of records is a tall order for me. Thanks. Dave
