The County of Monmouth Archives and Records Center did a search for Cemetery Deeds for me covering the period 1855 to 1950 for the Green Grove Cemetery. However they did not have the Matawan Journal or indexes for the 20th Century. Only indexes available cover 1869 to 1898 and microfilms up to 1889. Then she suggests contacting the Matawan Public Library 165 Main Street, Matawan, NJ 07747 for that area. Guess I got lucky to find my 1890 burial in Monmouth County.
