I need advice from those of you familiar with the genealogy resources in the Long Branch area. My parents (from Florida) who are not interested in family history at all, are visiting Long Branch Sept 8 for a family reunion. They have offered to get some information for me on the Freas family and the Riddle family of Long Branch and Pleasure Bay. Which library in that area would have family files or cemetery lists and a helpful librarian? They won't mind paying for copies, but they are probably not going to do any active research for me.
