I don't remember if I have posted my surnames to this list or not. Please forgive a senior moment. My ggfather Cornelius VANDERBEEK was b. in NY in 185-. He was a cooper, as was his brother & father. I found their names in the NYC directories, & his father James was b. in NJ. James' wife was Rachel, & his children were:Cornelius, b. about 1854,Peter, b. about 1859,Mary, b. abt. 1858,Anna, b. abt 1862, Charles, b. abt 1866.
