I am trying to locate my cousin, DELITE WINANS, who was born around 1941. Delite's parents were Russell and Frances (Cook) Winans. They lived in Essex County (Newark and/or Belleville) and Monmouth County (Freehold). I don't know if Delite married, so her last name may no longer be Winans.
