In reference to Senate Bill 2845, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004, President Bush signed it into law on December 17. Whether this law makes it more difficult for us to obtain birth records, as mentioned in the December 8 issue of RootsWeb Review, remains to be seen.
