I would like to hear from anyone who is researching or has connections to the Vanhise family. I am specifically interested in Phoebe Vanhise, born abt 1806, who married 1) Andrew Nelson on 8 Aug 1829 in Monmouth, 2) Henry Perrine on 28 Nov 1831. Phoebe and Henry & family moved to Illinois in the 1850's. Also Cornelius Vanhise born abt 1810, died 1 April 1860. He married Mary Miller on 24 May 1843. They had at least one child, Isaac Vanhise (1844-1911). All of these people lived in the Prospertown - Emleys Hill area.
