Did anyone answer Nila's question: were James Davis and Judith Maxson the parents of William Davis who m. Elizabeth Havens about 1773 in Monmouth Co.? I am interested in the answer too. From Nila's recent post, I think I learned that William & Elizabeth (Havens) Davis' son, Jonathan, m. Piety Maxson. I have Piety Maxson (b. abt 1782) as dau. of Ephraim Maxson and Elizabeth Davis. This Elizabeth Davis was dau. of William Thomas Davis and Tacy Crandall. Please correct me if I have gotten off the track.
