Hi Cheryl, I still have not been able to find the info I have on Doughty REED. If you remember I had been looking at him because I was interested in his second wife Elizabeth BLAKE who first married Asa FOWLER. There was a very small 1812 pension file for benefits for Elizabeth wife of Asa FOWLER. I think Doughty REED'S deathdate was in there as well. Have you tried to see if Doughty also served in the War of 1812? Elizabeth died about 1852 and there are estate records and deeds for her all in Burlington County not Monmouth. I think I did see a listing once for Doughty's burial--sorry I am not more certain at this point. I am thinking it was at Jacobstown which is in Burlington County. Kathy Karn
