Laurie, Rosehill Cemetery in Linden was also a creamatory. We have a great grandfather who was listed on his death cert. as put there, but in fact his ashes were later added to his wife's grave in Trenton when she died, according to the cemetery in Trenton, so evidently he was just creamated there. Rosehill had no record of him (1936). I was told by an undertaker in Trenton that Rosehill was the only crematory in the area for a while, that is why people where taken such distances to be "processed" there. While we on the subjects of crematories. I remember an old spokey crumbling place, probably in Millstone Twp that we called "the crematory" back in the 60's when I was a teen. Anyone remember that?
