Cousin Joe, Since I am getting so many updates/corrections, are you OK with going with a total replacement of the existing file that you have in the archives? I'd send the complete, updated file to you in say a month's time after the updates/corrections slow down. And then after that, I'd forward just the actual updates every few months. How's that?
