Sister, Elizabeth Jones, wife of Andrew Jones, plantation in Gloucester Co. whereon they live; after her death my nephew John Jones, son of said Andrew, to have same. Owen Owen, of Phila., house carpenter, to have lot in Mulberry Street (19 ft) commonly called Arch Street, bounded on the west by vacant lot of mine, north with ground of Thos.
