Good Morning, Today, there is a Festival of Scottish mass bands being held in Red Bank, NJ. It is going to be held behind a Volvo Dealership in a park. I cannot find directions anywhere. Does anyone on this list know anything about this festival and could someone please give me directions? Thank You, Ruth
