Put a note on the item you post to a GC board that this may be placed in the USGW archives.... [we don't go around taking things without permission.] OR send them to me also for posting. Too often we look at an EITHER/OR as the way of doing things.... It is also valid to look at them as AND situations.... Send to both. These are all tools.... When I did a county site in PA I always asked a contributor if they would like the info on the county site and in the USGW archives.... answer was always YES.... The archives version goes up in ASCII text, plain and simple.... on the county site I usually put it in tables and in html... a bit more fancy.... usually more readable but takes a bit longer to download.... some like it one way others another.
