This book is still being printed. It is available from Higginson Books www.higginsonbooks.com as are several other Monmouth County reprints. Again, I am not connected to Higginson in any way and the book they offer may not be as nice a reprint as the one offered on eBay. Just thought this info may help someone down the line.
