Searching for Elsie Clair FOLLAND died Nov 7, 1971as resident of Dunellen NJ; born Feb 4, 1892 NYC. I can't afford the $25, fee that the Plainfield Libary charges, whether they find it or not. Sometimes libraries send you just the death listing, not an obit. Most places charge less than this for a death certificate! If someone can do it, I would really appreciate it as I am looking for maiden name of the deceased and names of those who survived her.
