Frank, You might try one of the genealogical publications such as the Somerset County Historical Quarterly or the Genealogical Magazine of New Jersey, both of which have published baptismal records from many churches. For example, vol. 3, page 142 of the SCHQ has a 1760 baptism for a "Johannis Bennit" in the First Reformed Raritan Church.
