I have his birthdate from a family Bible 17 aug. 1774 in New Jersey. He had a brother named Isaac. I do not know his parents name. I think I need to look at christening records from churches. Does anyone know if these types of records have been collected into one place or do the churches still have their own records in New Jersey.
