They left N.J. in 1783 for New Brunswick, and then went to York, Upper Canada. I am curious about where "Stillwell" originates as a given name for one of their sons. I am also interested in knowing whether a Sarah Ladner (b. 1710) was John Willson's mother, since "Ladner" also appears as a given name of another son. I would also welcome any information about John Willson's father; I know only that he had a 1728 deed to land in Piscataway.
