Many of you are probably still wondering what has happened to your list mail over the last couple of weeks. Rootsweb was bringing a new server on-line and it took some time to get lists switched over, etc. The latest information from Rootsweb is shown below. Mail Lists: 2004-07-31 All list servers operational The remaining list server has been brought back on-line and we are currently putting mail through all lists servers. There is a backlog of mail to put through the server that has been out of action, and this will take the best part of a day. Please note that the mail will not be in chronological order as that will then take the better part of a week to get it distributed. Est. downtime: 1 day(s) In the future if you think there is a problem with delivery of list mail you can check it out by going to Rootsweb.com, then "Contact the Help Desk". On that page there are yellow boxes that contain announcements and things such as status of lists (if there are problems.) If there is nothing to indicate a problem on the Rootsweb end, you should probably check with your ISP. So, get back to work folks......queries and information should start flowing again!
