Burial will be in Emanuel Methodist Church Cemetery, Springfield. Mr. Parse died Saturday at home. He was a security guard with Wells Fargo in Piscataway for 15 years before retiring 20 years ago. Born in Springfield, he lived in Sayreville for 43 years. Surviving are a daughter, Eileen; sons, Timothy and James, and four grandchildren.
