Jane Mackey married James Connolly and arrived on the "David Cannon" in 1851 with her two small children, James and Arthur. Their third child [of 10] was named William. Traveling with her was Mary A. Mackey with her children, Mary and William. I have not yet tracked this family in the census, but if Mary, Jane, Arthur or William are names in the family-I'd bet we are related.
