I have a Frazee Ayres in my Cutter family and despite a seemingly unique name what I have on him does not match the one you have. Mine was married to a Fanny Harriott and they moved west after they married. Her parents were James Harriott and Phebe Cutter. Phebe's parents were Stephen Cutter and Tabitha Randolph. Are these Frazee's the same person or are they related?
