Hi Folks! What a mess! A court ruling today now has Ellis Island owned by the State of New York, and New Jersey. CBS News states "that this ruling has caused even more problems for the historical landmark. Apparently, parts of the main building, the boat slip, and other portions of the island are owned by BOTH NY and NJ."
