    3. Rhoda -- it may be that Satchwell is the misspelling. For a discussion of the early Shatswell family, including several named Theophilus, see "A New Look at the Corwin and Shatswell Families", by David A. Macdonald, in NEHGR 150:180 (April 1996). With regard to Johnson Hoagland, do you have any data on his family, names of parents, etc. -- that might help in identifying the other people in your query.
