Hi Louise, I didn't find an email address anywhere, but I left a "what were you thinking?" kind of note in the guest book and asked that they come up with another plan. Who knows? Maybe somebody reads those things. I left it at www.familytreemaker.com. I am sure, however, that somebody there reads these lists and if we shout and holler enough, they will hear, and come up with another payment option. It is a sorry thing that they are trying to sell a service and don't give people ways to buy it. This said, it really is a terrific opportunity for researchers, especially those like yourself at a distance from research centers. These appear to be scanned articles and documents, and so are secondary sources and should be used with the care all secondary sources require - verify, verify! As an example, though, of what folks can hope to find there - in no time flat, I found 20 names of ancestors and in-laws who were New Jersey Wagonmasters in the Revolutionary War.
