I am researching the Booraem (Booream, Boerum, Boorum, Boughrum, etc.) family in Middlesex county. Joseph Booraem married Abigail Potter January 1798. Supposedly, Abigail lived to be 100 years old (she'd be 48 at last child's birth) and died April 1865 in Jamesburg. Joseph lived in Matchaponix, died Dec 1827, and buried in Spotswood. They had 7 kids: Gilbert Booraem (1797-1868) m. 1818 Lydia Ker RUE Jane Booraem (1799-1878) never married Joseph Booraem (b.1802) m. __ HILSEY Elisabeth Booraem (b.1803) m. 1822 James CONNETT Nicholas Booraem (1807-1862) Henry H Booraem (1811-1879) m. 1833 Maria VAN LIEW (lived in North Brunswick) Siche (or Sychee) Maria Booraem (1813-1859) m.
