I have found a reference to the family cemetery on the Dilatush(Delatush)/VanWickle farm in Jamesburg. This cemetery, which is supposed to have some very attractive gravestones and an ornamental fence around it, is now part of the Jamesburg State Prison. I have been trying to get permission to visit the cemetery or at least get a list of those buried there, with little luck. The superintendent has been less than cooperative. He said if I gave him a name he would tell me if that person was buried there. I couldn't make him understand that I needed to know who was there. I gave up on him awhile ago. Does anyone know about this cemetery or have any suggestions? I've just started my Middlesex search and am not very familiar with the resources. I am also collecting any information on the Delatush/Dilatush, and Van Wickle names. I have a large amount of Dilatush and VanWickle info if anyone is interested in trading information.
