Hello, Is anyone out there researching the COLLINGS/COLLINS/COLLENS family in Perth Amboy, Middlesex Co., NJ? I have a hunch that I might be related to John Collings who lived in that city in the late 1600s and early 1700s. He might have been the father of Joseph Collings who appeared in Middletown, Monmouth County, NJ, marrying Rachel Dorset in 1720. Any tips or suggestions will be immensely appreciated.
