I don't have any DAVISONs in the biological tree, but my gggrandmother's second husband was a Davison, first name unknown. She was widowed around 1884 and had another child in 1889, so the marriage would have been in that general time frame. Her name was Arminta BASTEDO, her first husband's name was FREDERICKS, and I have found some Bastedos, but no trace of her first husband's family or even his first name. Arminta was from Monmouth Junction (South Brunswick in the census?) Mr. Fredericks was killed in a linoleum factory accident, but they had a son in 1883.
