Hi Larry, I didn't know what you wanted in the way of a "look-up" so I did the only thing I could... Listed below is what I found on my Social Security Disks for ANNA RODGERS dying in New Jersey. I found no ANNA WARNER RODGERS. Note, the Zip code of last known residence is not necessarily where she lived. It could be the hospital she was in, the Mortuary or relative who got the death benefit check. Not knowing your zip codes, I listed all of New Jersey for you. I didn't find any Anna Rodgers dying in 1956. Just because she is not listed does not mean that she did not have a number, many folks were left off these lists (including my folks who had SS#'s!) Are you familiar with the benefits of ordering a copy of the SS Form 5 (Application for Social Security Card) from the Social Security Administration for your family? This is the original Social Security application that they made way back when. It shows their name, address at the time, date of birth, job and job address, parent's names and place of birth IN THEIR OWN HAND. It's the form your folks filled out, not a typed copy. the cost is $7.00 if you have the SS # and $16.50 without the SS#. If you want it, I have the address and particulars on this..
