The best places to look for Jones, Moore[s], Harned, etc., are "Ancestors & Descendants of Lewis Ross Freeman" by Patty B. Myers (1995), and the Special Collections section of Gen. Soc. of N.J. at Rutgers University, papers of Oliver D. Drake -- who was a Jones--Moores descendant himself. Avoid Monnette's First Settlers in any case.
