Hi JenniLyn -- Edward Crowell (b. 6 June 1685 d. 20 Oct. 1756) [son of Edward Crowell and Mary Lathrop] had 3 wives: (1) Sarah Vail; (2) Elizabeth Frazee (d/o Joseph Frazee & Mary Osborne -- she was widow of Joseph Pike and is often seen as Elizabeth Pike), and (3) Christian Brown (b. 26 April 1701, d. 25 Oct 1749 -- d/o George Brown & Annabel Gordon). Edward's will abstracted in NJA 32:82 -- 1755, Nov. 28. Crowell, Edward, Sr., Esq., of Woodbridge, Middlesex Co.,; will of. Children -- John, Samuel, Edward, Thomas, James, Elizabeth Addleton, Mary Alston, Sarah Morris, Kathrine Evens, Annable and Agnes. Real and personal estate. Edward had no children by his second wife, Elizabeth Frazee Pike. You will note he mentions a daughter Kathrine Evens. She was his daughter by his third wife, Christian Brown. Kathrine was b. 6 Jan 1735/36. I have no further information about her in my files.
