Am new to the list and have quite a bit of info on my McDowell family line. I am interested in information on my respective grandfathers spouses. The surnames are, Little, Sutphin, Whitlock, Dean. In addition I have pension applications papers from Andrew McDowell's 2nd wife, Jane Whitlock, indicating he served in a Middlesex unit during the Revolution. Other paperwork shows he joined in early 1776 with a Capt. Pyett (sp?). I would like to hear from anyone researching the above names or has information on Revolutionary units from Middlesex.
