Hi, I'm looking for information on Lutheran Morris born 1739 in Woodbridge and Diadema Morris, probably his sister, born ca. 1741 and married to Francis Fraser/Frazer in Woodbridge on 26 January 1769 in an Episcopalian service. Fraser was a lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion of the NJ Volunteers and Lutheran was a private in his company. They were stationed on Staten Island during the Revolutionary War and went to Nova Scotia in 1783. I don't have a source for the above marriage date. Does anyone know anything about these 3? Can someone tell me where records of the 3 Battalion are held (not Rutgers Library I know). Lutheran is a brick wall for a lot of us Morrises from Nova Scotia. Sandra Naehrig
