Has anyone heard of, or possibly own/owned works entitled: "The Wait family in Perth Amboy NJ" by Clarence Latham or "Presbyterianism in Perth Amboy NJ" by Dr. Harland G. Mendenhall If you have a copy or know where one can be purchased could you please contact me off list? Thanks, Donna Franklin
Trying to find marriage date for my ggrandparents who immigrated from Ireland. Their first-born daughter was noted in the 1860 census in Perth Amboy. Would anyone know what Catholic churches were in/around Perth Amboy so I can give a look or write a letter? Thanks. Celia Ewald

I thought someone might be interested and I haven't seen it mentioned. I saw a sign that St James Episcopal Church on Woodbridge Ave in Edison is celebrating their 300th anniversary. They are having a Revolutionary War encampment and re-enactment the weekend of Sept 11th. The Piscatawaytown Graveyard (aka White Church Cemetery aka Piscatawaytown Burial Ground aka St James Cemetery) surrounds this church. There are many very old graves there.
6/29 Good evening to you all: I've posted the above several xs but have yet to receive any information on this person. I find this strange since she was waked out of a funeral parlor in Donellen, NJ. Is there anyone who might have known this person, if so, please let me know. Thank you, Pat McCoy [email protected]

I have not spoken with Jennifer since her mom decided it was best I not talk to her. And if you knew the problems I had with Jennifer's mom, you might understand why things happened the way it did with you. Anyway, say hello to Jennifer for me. I do have a cancer history that might be of a factor to you. Melanoma, level 4 (worst rating). Surgery seems to have gotten that one. I get checked every 6 mos. Anything further you want to discuss, let's get off this board. My work email - [email protected]

I am not looking for medical history, I have been visiting and talking with my sister Jennifer (in Louisiana) and as I get older I feel it is important to know where I came from and if my family is healthy and doing well. I don't want to intrude on anyone's family, but I know very few blood relatives besides my mother and I just want you to know that I am thinking about you.

Believe in the 1960's and 70's he was living in Chelsea Mass. Would appreciate any information regarding Charles. Thank you.

I did it by email with them and I received them in about two weeks. Much faster than any other office I have used in New Jersey. Here is a link to the passport office web page. I called them and was given an email address. Sent them my names and the year of Naturalization as close as I knew, and that was it! Good luck! http://www.co.middlesex.nj.us/countyclerk/passport.asp
