He was also President of the Trenton Transit Bowling League I bowled with Bill for years. He was a great guy. He quite driving a bus and went into dispatching, then in the late fifty's he took the job of managing the Bowling Alley that was on Rt. 206 at the Broad Street Circle. I believe there might have been another Thornton who worked for the same bus company. The other Thornton also drove a bus, and he was in charge of the Trenton Transit Credit Union for years, and he lived on Olden Ave near Jr. #2. I'm not sure if they were related. There were a few years between these two Thornton's, Bill the youngest. Sorry I can't be of more help, it's been a long time ago. Walt
