I am looking for information on David Hoag, my 3rd grgrandfather who was born in NY and lived in Trenton, NJ by 1877 where he is listed in a City Directory as living on S. Warren . Also mentioned on SWarren is a REv. William H. Hoag , pastor of the Warren ST M E Church. In 1881 David is listed as a plumber and 1882 listed as a janitor at Normal School...like to know what that was also. Does anyone have any information on either David or Rev. William H. Hoag? I do not have access to the other city directories other than the ones posted on the Old Mill Hill Society site. I really need a death date for David Hoag. He was married to a Jennie Prickett, supposedly born in Ireland according to their son ,Walter Lewis Hoag's death certificate. Any help with the Hoag surname would be appreciated. -Cheryl
