I have been perusing the online Trenton City Directories (great thanks to those who made that possible!) and I note a distinct lack of the Italian side of my family until the 1920 directory. My great-grandfather came to Trenton very early - the 1840's or 50's - but does not show up in any of the other directories. Were these meant to be all inclusive, or did they simply ignore certain ethnic groups? Jeff DeMarco jmd@alumni.princeton.edu
